Welcome to Mold Compass, a product of Arcvane LLC ("Mold Compass," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Educational Content Only
We are not attorneys, doctors, licensed mold inspectors, or contractors. Laws and regulations vary by state and locality.
2. No Professional Relationship
Use of this website or purchase of our products does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship.
3. Digital Products and Purchases
What you receive:
- Digital downloads (PDFs, templates, checklists, guides)
- Immediate access upon successful payment
- Lifetime access to purchased reference materials; private case uploads follow the storage limits below
License: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products.
Action Plan: A one-time $39 purchase upgrades one saved case and includes the Complete Toolkit, guided worksheets, photo and document records, selected-record PDF packets, optional follow-up reminders, and revocable packet links. It is not a subscription. The assessment, free result, and saving a free case or unfinished assessment do not require a purchase.
Each paid case permits up to 50 files, 10 MB per original file, and 200 MB total. Original uploads and their previews are retained for 365 days from upload unless you delete them sooner. Keep your own original copies and download the records you need before they expire. Unfinished account assessments expire after 90 days without an update. These limits do not promise unlimited or lifetime file storage.
You may share the case packets you create with a landlord, contractor, insurer, adviser, or other recipient you choose. This permission does not allow redistribution of the Complete Toolkit or other purchased reference products. Share links expire after seven days and may be revoked sooner. Anyone with an active link can download its selected packet; revocation cannot recall downloaded copies. A generated notice remains a draft until you send it. Follow-up dates are dates you select, not legal deadlines, and task completion does not certify property safety.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@moldcompass.com. Include the email used for your purchase and your receipt or order reference. Requests after 30 days are considered at Arcvane LLC's discretion.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. A refund removes paid access. For an Action Plan, your saved free case and free result remain available unless you separately delete the case or your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, templates, and digital products, is the property of Mold Compass and protected by applicable law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Modify or create derivative works from our materials
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
6. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Use automated systems to access the site without permission
7. Affiliate Relationships
Mold Compass participates in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay. See our Disclaimers page for details.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOLD COMPASS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mold Compass and its affiliates from claims or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
